CHRISTOFFEL PARK

The best nature reserve in Curaçao

Locals are very proud of the Christoffel National Park. There are eight marked hiking trails that leads you through the variety of our local flora and fauna. SHETE BOKA PARK

THE WAVES OF THE NORTH

The strenght of the Caribbean Sea can be seen at the Shete Boka Park. Shete Boka means in Papiamento (official language) literally: the seven mouths. This refers to the seven natural inlets of the northern coastline. The coastline is more than 10 km long and is popular among the turtles. CARACASBAAI BUMPY ROAD

The road to A MAGNIFICENT VIEW!

After a bumpy adventure, you can let yourself be blown away at the highest point of the Caracasbaai! To get here you have to drive over a lot of bumpy roads, but at the end you will have a magnificent view over the Caribbean Sea.

KORAAL TABAK BUMPY ROAD

MORE THAN AN ADVENTURE!

Koraal Tabak is located on the northeast side of Curaçao. It is a nature reserve where you can discover a lot of the flora and fauna of the east side. There is even a cave that used to be a shelter for the Indians and animals. In addition, there are beautiful bays, that you can visit. Please note: they are not all equally safe for swimming. WILLIWOOD

... AND THE FLAMINGOS

Do you want to see our beautiful pink flamingos as close as possible? Then Williwood is the place to be. Williwood (Sint Willibrordus) is a small region on the west side of Curaçao. In Williwood there is a protected salt lagoon where the flamingos meet. This lagoon is used as a stopover for flamingos between Aruba and Bonaire. They stay here for a few days and then they continue their journey.
